The Omega Cooking Vok is a ceramic wok pan with a non-stick coating. It comes with a glass lid and a steam vent, making it perfect for sustainable and energy-efficient cooking while keeping your meal warm for longer.

This environmentally friendly wok pan is produced without PTFE and PFOA. It’s suitable for electric, gas, halogen, and ceramic heat sources, except for induction, and it’s dishwasher safe.

However, to preserve the wok pan’s appearance, we recommend hand-washing it with a gentle sponge. This helps prevent scratches and damage to the coating. Dishwashing detergents can sometimes contain aggressive elements that may affect the pan’s finish.

Here are some tips for using non-stick pans:

• Always ensure there is water or oil in the pan. Leaving an empty pan on a hot stove can damage the non-stick coating.
• Non-stick pans heat up quickly. Be mindful of the cooking quantity and stove temperature to prevent burning. Cooking at medium temperature is advised to avoid sticking.
• Use a plastic or wooden utensil to prevent scratches and damage to the inside of the pan.
• After use, it’s recommended to wash and dry non-stick pans immediately. This prevents the coating from deteriorating due to moisture.
• Wash the pan with a soft sponge instead of an abrasive one.
• To avoid exterior damage, do not stack the pans in your cupboard.
